8:30 to 9:45 am - Registration Open, Breakfast Pizza, Coffee & Juice
10:00 am - Skippers meeting by the lake for Buoy Races
11:30 - First warning before start on the water. No race will start after 3 pm.
5:00 pm - Saturday Night Cookout at the American Legion Hall in Polk City. Cash bar will be open. This is the time to tell sailing stories of the day’s racing activities! Dinner will be catered by Jethro’s BBQ at 6:00 pm. Youth activities are planned.. Please purchase tickets in advance for all meals.
Sunday, Aug 18 | Once-Round-The-Lake Distance Race
8:30 - 10:00 am - Coffee, doughnuts and bagels by the lake.
10:30 am - First warning before start on the water at, no skippers meeting. No race will start after 1:30pm.
3:00 Pizza Awards Lunch. Join us at the Legion Hall is Polk City to announce the winners for buoy racing, distance racing, and overall results, and have some pizza. The cash bar will be open, of course.
